Welcome to all that is unsolved in your heart.
I support adults of all ages and life stages who find themselves navigating experiences of grief, loss, and profound life transitions; loss of love, of meaning or purpose, of knowing their ‘who’ or ‘where,’ of vitality and health, of core relationships and stories, or of life dreams that have yet to unfold.
I know how isolating these experiences can feel. I offer a steady and compassionate space for individuals as they explore past, present, and future stories, hidden parts and forgotten chapters, and belief systems asking to be rewritten. I believe that there is hope and peace even in the darkest of places, and I am here to help you discover what’s possible and to feel better.
Areas supported include: Depression, Anxiety, Traumatic Grief/Loss, PTSD, New Parenting Stress, Body/Somatic Concerns, Spiritual Experiences, Perinatal and Postpartum. I also provide EMDR therapy.
I am currently providing teletherapy or in-person sessions located at my home office in Renton, WA. I am a supervised Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (#MC61494560 ) with Kim Buehlman, LMHC (#LH00004029.)
To get in touch, please call at 425-269-9788 or email me at sarah.m.schumacher@gmail.com. I’m happy to discuss working together during a free 15-minute consultation call. I look forward to connecting!
